Processing Times
As most of our creations are custom or made-to-order items processing times vary, depending on the nature of the request. Estimated processing times will be clearly communicated at the time an order is placed.
Shipping Methods
All orders are shipped via reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your location and the size of your order. We ONLY ship domestic, not international.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at completion of the order and depend on package weight, size, and destination. Typically around $20-$30.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been shipped, delivery times are out of our control.
If your order seems delayed, please check your tracking information first. For additional help, contact your local postal service. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we’ll gladly help you file a claim with the carrier.
