Refund Policy

At Dragon Reiki Drums, we truly want you to love the tools and creations you receive. Each piece is crafted or selected with care and intention, and your satisfaction means a lot to us. If something isn’t quite right, please reach out we’ll do our best to make it right.

Return & Exchange Requests

  • Please email us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange.

  • Once approved, your item must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • You may return your item for a full refund or exchange it for another product, if request is approved.

  • Refunds and exchanges are issued after we receive and inspect the item to ensure it’s in its original condition.

Custom Creations

  • Custom-made items are one-of-a-kind and created with your specific energy and requests in mind.

  • Because of their unique nature, custom items cannot be exchanged.

  • If a custom item is returned, a partial refund of 40% of the original purchase price will be issued.

RETURN Shipping & Responsibility

  • You are responsible for return shipping and insurance costs. We recommend adding insurance to protect your return.

  • We are unable to issue refunds or exchanges for items damaged in transit with your shipping carrier.

  • Refunds and exchanges will be completed after a satisfactory inspection of the returned item(s).
